The method to share these songs is very simple: just copy the web link of the song or album that we are listening from Apple Music or Spotify and then paste it into a new Facebook post. The application takes care of the rest, creating a playback interface.
Naturally, everyone who pays for a Premium subscription to Spotify or Apple Music will be able to listen to the entire song from their respective applications. The idea is, in addition to encouraging users to share their songs in their profiles, motivate the artists themselves to promote themselves more using Facebook.
Musical plans “half”
I still remember all the rumors that were formed about Facebook launching its own music service back in 2011, but finally what we have been seeing have been attempts at integration like this to simply upload traffic to users on the platform.
But that does not mean that on Facebook have surrendered: partnering with the two main streaming services means opening the doors to millions of users to enter more Facebook and not lose the gigantic pace of visits (many of them mobile) than enjoy right now. If you do not see yourself able to compete with someone … take advantage of them. In the end, the benefit is mutual.
